How do I get started with your services?

Once you purchase a support plan and submit your WordPress login details, our team will handle the entire migration process. We will transfer your website files, databases, and email accounts to our servers and ensure everything is set up and running smoothly. You will receive a confirmation email once the migration is complete.

Your current web hosting and WordPress admin logins. To update your sites to our hosting, we require your DNS registry credentials too.

Once you purchase, you would need to login and issue a support ticket using our support desk. When submitting a ticket, you will have to select Credentials Department where those fields will be available. This gives you safe and encrypted way of sending us your credentials.

This depending on the size and number of the sites you have. At most, we’ll have your services up and ready within 2 business days. However, this will depend on the actual sites you may have.

How do I contact support or request a task?

You can contact support via email, live chat, or our support desk. Support Desk is preferred. Our contact details and support portal links can be found on our website.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of tasks that can be requested. Tasks will be done by the order how they were requested.

Work that involves custom design or development. We can not design or code your website.

How do support hours work?

Support hours are renewed each month and do not carry over from month to month. They restart on the date that you purchased the package.

Critical issues will be fixed. Your site has to run. However, for anything above that you will either have to upgrade the plan, or wait for next month for hours to be renewed.

Critical issues refer to common hosting problems that typically require immediate attention, similar to what a hosting company would typically resolve for their clients.

Any request is resolved within 24 hours. If you request work over the weekend we’ll complete it on Monday unless it’s critical.

Before we start on the task, we will notify you if we think it will take much longer than you have hours left. It’s up to you if we will continue or not. In case we are working on a critical issue, the issue will be fixed no matter how much hours you have left. If it’s not critical, we might have to leave the work for after renewal period. This is something that depends on the task or an issue.

Support can be live during working hours, and ticket when offline.

Yes, we put priority on sites that are live for public traffic with critical issues.

There will be no modifications to your WordPress admin dashboard, so you will still have full access to make changes to your site.

Of course. We enforce strong WordPress/cPanel user passwords, perform server-side malware scanning, and use Sucuri for malware monitoring and protection in the WordPress area, along with other server- and WordPress-related hardening tactics.

Do you charge hours for basic hosting support?

Basic hosting support is not charged. It is not fair for you to spend your purchased hours on something that is on us to fix.

We can assist with a wide range of issues, including website performance optimization, troubleshooting errors, resolving security vulnerabilities, software updates, plugin conflicts, DNS problems, email configuration, and more. Our support team is equipped to handle technical difficulties related to hosting and website management.

Backups are run through Xagio backup system. You will need to have a destination on your own. Other than Xagio backups, we run cpanel backups on our own too.

While we don’t support purchase/renewal of domains, we can always help you getting one and setting everything domain related, to have your site/email/records up and running fast. Also, we can even remind you when a domain is about to expire so you can renew it, thus reducing the risk of lossing your domain.
